Recently, we partnered with FourEditors.com, a Netherlands-based brand known for selling high-quality video editing assets, to tackle a challenge faced by many online businesses: How do you keep up with repetitive customer questions without sacrificing the 'personal touch'?

The Challenge

FourEditors' customers are often video creators using different editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. After purchasing bundles, many would open tickets asking repetitive questions that required clear, professional responses but consumed valuable time.

  • Where do I place the files in Final Cut Pro?
  • I can't find the templates after downloading.

The Design of the Workflow

We approached the project like engineers but thought like customer support agents. The workflow was designed in n8n, a no-code automation platform that allowed us to connect Zendesk with OpenAI's GPT models.
